It is lovely to hear how you describe the care and support you have received from us for both your parents. I realise  your parents 'one way and another' have had a tough time.  It is wonderful to hear how your Mum is now seemingly feeling more engaged, taking an interest and more sociable. I am so pleased the team have in some way been able to show their care and that we have listened  attentively to be able to be professional and understand what is needed.
