This is the Second review this ex-service user has made.Our service had received numerous occasions of verbal abuse from this person whilst we was supporting them.  The package of care came to a conclusion following racial comments to one of our carers along with a barrage of verbal abuse to our lovely, caring team in the office.  We at Love 2Care had tried our hardest to support this gentleman and to meet all his needs, unfortunately, we was unable to meet his needs on this occasion due to always something being "wrong".  We even ensured he had consistent carers, one of which even took him to an all day wedding and spent some of her own time doing so as unpaid.We understand that we are unable to please those that choose to be negative with everything positive that is done for them.We wish this person every luck for their future health and care providers that will support them along the way.
