The majority of the team drive (90% of them), in this particular situation emergency Live in / 24 hour care was arranged within 48 hours. The service was later reduced and then stopped due to going back to prior arrangements before the emergency. 3. The team use their mobile phones to record notes and care plans, we understand the concern of using the phone for private conversations in the same room as clients. We will address this internally.
