Unlike some care providers, we pay our Care Professionals for travel time between clients - we believe in treating our team fairly as we know you would want us to - and we charge just a contribution towards this as a travel supplement to ensure the best service possible. We provide a bespoke service including a 24 hour helpline, Care Professionals always matched with clients (so you always know who is visiting), no rushed visits (minimum 1 hour visits) and regular service and quality reviews.
