We understand and acknowledge the concerns raised about continuity and timing, and these were discussed during your recent face-to-face meeting with our Care Coordinator, Jodie. We have now introduced a new permanent member of staff from this week, who will work alongside the longstanding carers who already know your mum and her routine well.
We are pleased to see in your review that you feel the carers themselves are willing to please - we completely agree and value their continued efforts. We are also working to improve communication between the office, the care staff, and your family to ensure clearer and more regular updates.
We are very sorry for the disruption this situation has caused over the last few months. With the new staffing in place, we are hopeful that call times and routines will now begin to settle. Your mum's comfort and consistency remain our priority.
