Helen, <br>Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, we really do appreciate it. <br>We are delighted to hear you have always been really happy with your 2 main carers who's compassion and care is excellent, We are sorry to hear in the past you have had some struggles when your main carers are on leave, but we are thrilled to hear that recently there has been adequate time for handovers and they have been seamless. <br>It is great to know you have found since the Live in care has started being managed by the local team there has been a massive improvement in communication and as a family you are confident your Mum and Dad are getting the best care. <br>We will be sure to pass on your feedback to the team, who will be happy to read your comments. <br>Kindest regards <br>Katie
