A formal review was completed in line with our policy, and regular informal reviews were also undertaken to ensure care remained responsive to the clients evolving needs.<br>All members of our care team are fully trained and qualified, including in dementia care, medication awareness, and person-centred support. Any concerns raised by family members are acknowledged and addressed professionally and promptly.
