Sherrie, <br>Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, we really are very grateful. <br>We are pleased to hear all the carers who visit your aunts have been excellent and are kind, friendly and very respectful of their needs. <br>It is also great to hear the office are flexible in the level of care they provide to suit your aunts changing requirements and that Sophie at the office was able to put immediate over night care in place when one of your aunts took ill, and this was invaluable and enabled your aunt to stay in her own home. <br>We will be sure to pass on your feedback to the team at Eastbourne who will be delighted to receive and read your comments.<br>Kindest regards <br>Katie
