At AS Care , we take matters of medication management extremely seriously and have strict procedures in place to ensure its safe management. Following your concerns, we reviewed our records relating to your care. The care worker that attended your visit, confirmed that no medication was removed or misplaced during or after the visit in question, and the necessary documentation supports this. While we appreciate there may have been a misunderstanding, we are confident that our team followed the appropriate processes.
We understand you requested reimbursement for the medication you purchased. However, our care worker confirmed that your medication was not moved or removed. Nonetheless, I believe our senior team offered to support in replacing the medication via your GP, though I understand you declined support. We are happy to revisit this option again if you wish.
