This review is not correct and very misleading. Our carers only attended to this gentleman once which was on our first visit, on our arrival at the property, there was no heating in the house and it was very cold. There was no hot water either, as a result the gentleman declined to have a wash due to the cold home environment which was understandable. The carer tried to contact the next of kin but unfortunately they did not respond to the calls. The gentleman then asked the carer to help him by calling someone who could help which the carer did. The carer acted on the gentleman's best interest. The daughter then phoned the office complaining as to why an engineer had been called when they had cover and she wanted a full refund from the company, She was advised that attempts had been made to contact her 1st without success, she then advised us not to send anyone who was African/Caribbean and we advised her that we would not tolerate it.
