I am sorry you have felt the need to complain. I have looked into your issues and although we did not receive complaints on PPE and the key safe while your mother was a client we have spoken to the carers attending as it is not something we normally have problems with. We were not given a time from social service when accepting the care package and the only time slot available was 7 am at the time and we could not accommodate and change to 7:30. We did say at the start we would try to change as soon as something became available but we did not have anything come up within the 10 days your mother was with us. Social Services informed us that the care package was ending as your mother preferred family to care for her so they were aware and I do not know why they contacted you a few weeks later I assume its part of their general monitoring for people who get discharged with care. I hope things have settled and your mother is well and I am sorry you short time with us was not satisfactory.
