Dear Dympna, Thank you very mush for the lovely review. I hadn't realised it had taken mum 1.5 years to agree to having care from anyone. Dad and her are lovely people and get on really well with their team of care pro's. I am glad we were able to help with their care, it's easy when you have supportive family members around to help us understand possible root causes and underlying concerns which may relate or link in with certain behavioral patterns.
