Please be assured that we have been very vigilant throughout our time supporting your grandfather. We checked in regularly with all of the Care Professionals involved in his care, and each confirmed that they felt safe and well-supported at all times. They were all very fond of your grandfather and were genuinely sad to lose him.
We appreciate the meetings held with you and the social worker to try to reach a positive way forward. Unfortunately, we were unable to come to a full resolution, as we strongly believe in the importance of relationship-building and delivering unhurried, quality care. For this reason, we felt that the requested 30-minute visits would not have allowed us to maintain the standard of support we strive to provide. If you would ever like to discuss any of your concerns further, we remain available and happy to do so.
