However, I'm sorry that you have experienced so many different carers and have felt you needed to explain your routine repeatedly - this is not the experience we want for you. Continuity of care is very important to us, and your comments highlight that we need to do better in this area. We will review your rota and care plan with the aim of improving consistency and reducing the number of different carers visiting you. You have also mentioned wanting a more permanent female carer and to have some say in who this is. We completely understand how important this is and would really like to discuss your preferences with you in more detail.
