At Bluebird Care, we invest a lot of time and money into care assistants training and we also pay them well above the national minimum wage. This helps with the excellent continuity of care that we provide as we are able to keep our workers in the business. We employ supervisors and team leaders to support our staff and customers to maintain our high standards.<br> I hope you can appreciate that all of this comes at an added cost.
