Hi Caroline, <br>Thank you very much for your kind, informative and helpful review it is most appreciated. <br>You make a very valid point about the calibre and ability to make and present food. Our new Live in Care Manager has recently produced a Home Counties Carers specific recipe book that has full instructions on many of the basic and staple meals and sauces.
