Dear Mr. E, I am very pleased that you found the service the carers provided as "excellent" and wish to thank you for stating this. The team enjoyed visiting and caring for her. I am sorry, however, that you found management to be poor. I tried to explain that it was not us who changed the day to Weds, for your mum's patch, but the community nurses, and that we would need to contact them to change the day back. I tried to explain this clearly and the reasons for changing to a Wednesday. I believe our conduct was professional and compliant in this matter. We do, without hesitation, try to meet all the requests of our clients.
