We have recently been rated Outstanding by CQC - the only local at home provider with this assessment and are proud to have robust procedures in place to ensure the safety of clients and staff and family members. All our staff must be properly trained to use any equipment (which would include any newly delivered items etc.)  <br>Although frustrating for everyone, this sometimes means that we do have to keep a client comfortable, safe and warm whilst awaiting an occupational therapist or a person who is qualified to demonstrate, (rather than staff "having a go")just because newly delivered equipment may look familiar or an incident has happened at an inconvenient time. We always welcome feedback so that we can review and improve our procedures. Thank you.
