We are understandably disappointed to hear you are not completely happy in regards to your mother's evening calls.
I understand these times were agreed on commencing your mother's care, however, it sounds like you are no longer happy with these arrangements.

As an agency, we pride ourselves on being very proactive in responding to the views and needs of our service users and their families. We would, therefore, like to review the time to one that suits you and your mother better.

In regards to weekend calls, I have been informed we originally took on the care package without weekends but this was later something we accommodated. On one occasion since starting the weekend visits we regrettably had to send one carer instead of two, these arrangements were made with your brother who was happy to step in due to a high level of staff sickness. This is not a decision we take lightly or something we are often required to do, however, in this instance, we very much appreciated his offer of assistance.

We are very pleased to see that other than the above, you are pleased with the overall care your mother is receiving and you would be likely to recommend us.

The carers inform us it is a delight to visit your mum and often leave with a smile on their faces after some friendly banter and a good old giggle.

Should you have any further issues in the future please feel free to contact our office where we would be more than happy to discuss and arrange alternatives where possible.
