May I firstly say how sorry we are to see your review on our care services and hoped our previous conversation had explained the difficult situation faced with the care of your mother. Due to the few specific carers your mother requested, we found we were in an untenable situation in providing your mother with continuity of carer and fulfil the hours and times requested which may have left your mother vulnerable. On taking guidance from the local authority it was deemed in your mother's best interest to source another care provider and we were requested to give 7 days notice.
