This was great to hear and will be passed on to the care workers involved to ensure they receive acknowledgement of all their hard work.
I’m sorry you feel that visits are rushed. Care workers are paid for travel time between visits so you should never feel that your service is being rushed. We will review your visits and the care workers' rounds to ensure there is sufficient time allocated to meet your needs and for care workers to travel between visits.
