We really appreciate your comments and take all feedback (both positive and negative) very seriously, to help us continue to improve our services even further in the future. Thank you for the fabulous feedback you gave, your comments will be fed back to the care worker who provided your service accordingly. We do take on board the comments you made around your service ending abruptly, however, due to the nature of them, we are asked to end some shorter term packages of care almost as quickly as they began (such as where we are asked to provide support whilst someone recovers from an illness for example), and therefore receive no prior notice ourselves. Please rest assured that moving forwards, where this may be the case, we will do our best to ensure that our service users expectations are set accordingly. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
