As I mentioned during my visit, some of the changes to your schedule have come about due to short-term absences.  Nevertheless, the changes have not been managed as they should have and we will make sure this does not happen again. The person carrying out your last assessment had indeed provided support to you before. In many instances, our clients find this an advantage however, we do understand your concern and will make a change.<br><br>Although it was good to learn from you that the caregivers providing support are a good match we obviously have to do much more to ensure schedules are consistent and any changes are properly communicated. <br><br>Finally, many thanks for your feedback.
