With regards to your comments, we are aware that your mother needs much encouragement on the day to day tasks and the carers prompt as much as possible but the final decision is always hers. <br>We appreciate that some staff have different styles of writing that are not always as easy to read as others, and we do ask staff to write as clearly as possible to avoid any confusion for other people who may wish to read the notes. At the next staff meeting, we will put this point on the agenda. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
