We are glad that you found your Mum's carers helpful and supportive towards her and are sorry to hear you weren't happy with the call times she received. We always strive to provide calls at the times which are preferred by our service users and discuss these with any potential new clients when they begin their service with us. From time to time, due to unforeseen circumstances, a call may be later than usual. In these circumstances, we do everything we can to keep our service user informed.
