We can see that the feedback received is mainly positive and can confirm we always strive to deliver calls within the time allowances set by local authorities, as well as ensure a regular team of care workers attend our service users to support continuity of care. However, from time to time, we may need to send a different care worker when a regular care worker is on annual leave, has a day off or is sick. In which case we do our very best to ensure calls take place as close to the regular time as is possible and ask our care workers to ensure they read the care plan within the service users property upon every visit to ensure they are up to date with a service users' needs. We always encourage our service users to get in touch with their local office if ever there is anything they would like to discuss, in order for us to be able to resolve any issues promptly.
