Following a phone call to our client's daughter, we are sorry to hear that our client is feeling the way she is about the implementation of our new system and in turn reviewed our services on this basis, this is by far our intentions nor anything we would ever want to hear or cause. The aim and reasoning for implementing our new system is to ensure all required information for the delivery of our care services is shared and available in real time, and thereby improving the effectiveness and quality of care provided to our customers and the working roles of all of our team. We are delighted to hear that our client is very happy with her care workers and the care she is receiving and hope in time she sees the real benefits of our new systems and her views are in turn improved.
