Dear EF, I was very sorry to read that you are not happy with the service we provided you so I have carried out a full investigation. As we explained when we started your service, our policy is to have a team of carers for each client to ensure continuity of care as each care and obviously, our carers do not work seven days a week. On the dates in question, two of the carers were in your team and attended to you as normal. You are correct that one carer was new to you because of an emergency. We rang you to inform you and gain your consent as we did not want to leave you without care. I am sorry that you feel that this did not satisfy your needs. Also, we did indeed call your GP, after gaining your consent, and because you were not able to leave your home we arranged to pick up your prescription and delivered your medication to you at no additional charge.
