Unfortunately sometimes, especially around holiday periods, we may not be able to fulfil larger care packages using the existing team of Care Givers. <br>Essential health recently reviewed all feedback questionnaires, along with an audit of continuity. The feedback received very high scores and a Continuity audit of 97%. <br>We regret that your experience of continuity is not shared, we will do everything we can to minimise this during holiday periods.
