Following this recent review from the husband of our customer, we have made contact to thank them for their feedback and also to discuss the issues raised. We have implemented a more effective form of communication between us and them, to ensure all changes are liaised and accepted. Mr. Miller himself has said since he made the review, all matters had already been resolved and is extremely happy with the level of services from Braeburn Care. Management have worked closely with Mr. Miller to provide preferred daily visit times and preferred daily carers for continuity for his wife, Mrs. Miller. Mr. Miller has expressed he wishes to submit a new review to reflect the services in which they now receive, which we have told him he is more than welcome to do so.
