Thank you for this lovely review.  Many people are reluctant to accept help from Home Instead Senior Care, Salford initially.  It is a big decision for everyone and very unnerving.  However, after one or two visits this usually rectifies itself and as you say your aunt very quickly looked forward to her visits from her new 'professional friends'.
