Thank you too for mentioning the work of the office staff; it is the face of the carers that most people see but for everything to work well it needs a real team effort.<br>It is not uncommon for people to be initially apprehensive about receiving help; after all, they have spent so many years being able to look after themselves and, in more cases than not, looking after others as well. We have heard from other families how attitudes can change from one of initial reluctance to really looking forward to seeing their carer once they get to know them.
