Thank you very much for your comments. We are very pleased to hear that your aunt is happy with the care we are providing.  We always try to provide consistent carers to our clients.  However, it can be difficult to do this when providing care on an ad hoc basis, when our carers have regular working patterns.  We will bear in mind your feedback and definitely look to ensure your aunt has more consistent carers whenever possible.
