We have noted your areas of concern and are sorry you felt we did not meet your expectations.<br>When we met you in the hospital, we knew you at first didn’t want to receive any care at home, though this was a requirement for your discharge, so the transition was a difficult one.<br>Although we are no longer providing you with any care and support, we are pleased that you are happy for us to come and meet you at your home, to discuss your areas of concern and what we could do to meet them.
