Thanks again for your lovely comments, we do wherever possible provide continuity of care but from time to time, due to holidays or sickness etc, we do have to send a different member of staff. If this happens we do all we can to try and ensure our staff are fully aware of what is required and full details of every call are recorded in the service users care plan to help this process be as smooth as possible.
