We are glad you are fairly satisfied with the service provided but we have been in touch to discuss the comments you make further. From time to time, we do have to send a different care worker due to sickness which may result in them getting to the service user a little later than usual rather than at the preferred time. We do everything we can to keep people informed if this is the case, (this can also be if care workers are delayed at a previous call due to an emergency) but we will always get someone there as soon as we can in these circumstances. We also ensure all service users have up to date person centred care plans in their care files to ensure any new or different care workers have full information to hand to help them familiarise themselves with our service users needs, as quickly as possible and to help them deliver the best possible care they can.
