I would like to apologise if you felt that the carers were not suitably trained to work with your father, we always strive for excellence. I would like to highlight that all our care staff are trained to an incredibly high standard, all our staff are hand selected and vetted by myself and therefore I am a bit taken aback to your comments on your review as we were in very regular contact with you and your family but you have never addressed this issue with us, instead you highly complimented our care staff. You also had the same faces coming in and out of your home, as well as managers completing care calls to ensure we were able to supply carers with the correct information in regards to your father's care. Once again we apologise that we have left you with a negative impression of our company. We personally enjoyed and valued our relationship with you and your family and hope that if you have any comments or suggestions on how we can improve our service to you, for you to contact me directly.
