Thank you for your kind words regarding the excellent care provided. <br><br>I would just like to say that Premier does not have set timings and this is always mentioned at the initial meeting, we always try our level best to attend as near to the requested times as possible and Premier does have a fifteen-minute window either side in case of emergencies.
