All of our staff are required to complete and pass full training with us at our Training Academy and are also offered the option to complete further training and SVQ3 after their probationary period. I am sorry to hear that the times allocated to you were not suitable, we have had a few carers with absence/annual leave over the Summer months which has meant our office staff have had to cover visits with available carers, and I can only apologise for the inconvenience caused. With regard to carers using their phones during the visit, I will contact them personally to address this. If you have any further concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me or the office.
