We use a digital system called PASS, the care plan and all the tasks are recorded and accessed by care staff via their smartphone. A pivotal part of providing excellent quality care is documenting (briefly) what has been completed at each care call. This is something that is done for all of our clients at all care calls and forms an important part of care delivery to ensure care is delivered safely and as per your wishes.
