Thank you for your honest review. We valued the very close relationship we had with you and your husband throughout the 2 years we supported you, during some often challenging times. As you were aware we always looked to have as much continuity as possible but naturally had to introduce new carers from time to time with the volume of calls required to ensure we could safely continue the service to the best of our abilities. We never took any new introduction lightly and hope that you always felt assured that you were being given the best attention by the management team, as well as by the CareGivers.
