Its great to read you appreciated the efforts of the team and that the carers really tried their best  but also sad that we were not able to meet the specific needs of the family at this time. As a regulated provider it is important to have this feedback so we can continue to improve training and recruitment. We all know that dementia is a complex condition and that everyone is impacted differently. Our aim and challenge is to offer support that is appropriate to all the different forms of dementia.
