Hi J C, many thanks for your review.  We provided 4 consistent carers in 2 years with a discussion when a carer left for a replacement who was personally matched. The app has given an opportunity for clients and families to be part of the Careplan, risk assessments and can see logs for the day as well as who went and when. This has given great peace of mind for families loving away from mum or dad or who are working long hours.  Understand technology may be different for everyone but we believe the peace of mind for the majority was of benefit and there has also been lots of opportunity for the app to be demonstrated.
