While you do have visits Mon-Fri, it seems housework has only been requested on certain days, though we acknowledge that on the days on which it is carried out, it is not being done to a high enough standard. We apologise and will be in touch to discuss how we can make your care plan clearer in this regard. We also note that your openPASS access (our mobile app which facilitates online access to the weekly roster, care plan and daily care notes) has not been fully activated. If you would like to complete the process, this will grant trusted friends and relatives full access to see everything that is happening on a daily basis, if this would be helpful in ensuring that the service is meeting your/their expectations.
