We are delighted that you find our overall standard, staff and care support is excellent.  Rotas are sent out fortnightly by post and this ensures clients are always aware of the Carers time of arrival. We will look into why you sometimes don’t receive this.  It is important to us that you are entirely pleased with our service at all times and we value your feedback. We will let your carer know how happy you are with her support, she will be delighted to know you find her work excellent.
