Thank you for your lovely review of the service we provide to your mother. She is a lovely lady and I know the CAREGivers who support her thoroughly enjoy their visits with her.  Over the time that we have supported your mum, we have been pleased to alter and increase her care as her needs have changed and I'm so pleased the service meets her needs and expectations.  We are very proud of our CAREGivers and our collective response to the challenges of lockdown which have meant that clients' care has been impacted as little as possible.
