They are recruited based on their values and attitude and then they are trained and supported to provide care the Home Instead way which, as you have experienced over the last 6 years, is consistently of outstanding quality.  Our CAREGivers are motivated to do a wonderful job because they build up such strong relationships with our lovely clients and really care about doing the best they can for them and they are used to adapting as client's needs or circumstances change, including the current pandemic.
