Thank you for your very positive review and feedback of our care services, it is very much appreciated.<br>We use a digital system, the care plan and tasks are accessed by care professionals via their smartphone whilst delivering care and support.<br>This ensures they can access an up-to-date, person-centred care plan tailored to meet every client's individual needs and wishes.  Care professionals do update and document the tasks completed at each care (very briefly).  This is something that is done for all of our clients at every care call and forms an important part of care delivery, to ensure care is delivered safely and as per your wishes. <br>We appreciate you taking the time to provide your feedback to us and we will, of course, take this on board.
