We are very disappointed to read this review. We provided care from November 2018 to April 2020, during that time no issues about care quality, management or administration were raised by the client or their family.
In April 2020, just two weeks into the Coronavirus lock-down, the client requested a change from daily visits to a live-in carer employed by Alina. Our local team worked hard to secure a successful outcome during very challenging circumstances. In May 2020, shortly into the new contract, the client took steps to employ the Alina live-in carer directly with consultation with our team. Throughout the pandemic, we have always equipped our highly trained care staff with all necessary PPE in accordance with the constantly evolving Govt. guidance and Public Health England protocols. The client and their family have their desired outcome; they employ our live-in carer directly, and our contract has been terminated. To leave this review without the full facts is inappropriate.
