I understand what you are saying and respect that it is much better when you have continuation. We have now done full recruitment and you will now have set carers. On occasion, due to sickness and holidays, we would need to use a different carer, but even this carer would be selected knowing that they have met you before and understand how to support you. Thank you for taking the time to let us know this issue though, as we can only ever improve by working on where we are going wrong.
